Support
Small or
medium size companies that already have a full time network administrator
may wish to have the additional support of a trusted and competent outsider.
These companies then know that backup support is available from an experienced
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer who knows their systems and network.
We can then fill in during vacation or other periods and provide assistance
when it is needed. And we're always available should a serious problem
occur.
Ongoing
Regular Support
This is
a favorite arrangement for many of our clients. Each month, we spend a
1/2 day or full day at our client's site, monitor their systems remotely,
and provide routine telephone support - all for a fixed monthly fee. We
monitor the status of backups and antivirus software and apply security
patches, service packs, and other software updates. On-site visits are
used to consult and train or expand capabilities by installing new services
and applications.

When we
work with clients, we provide firm fixed prices for our services so that
clients know ahead of time exactly what our work will cost. There are
no surprises or "cost over runs". Our clients count on us for
